Admission

What is SHSDesk?: SHSDesk is a platform for Senior High Schools in Ghana. It helps schools process admissions after CSSPS placement and manage records. Parents and guardians can complete admission online and check their ward’s results.
Does SHSDesk place students?: No. SHSDesk does NOT place students. Placement is done by CSSPS (GES). We only help schools process admissions after a student has been placed. Get your placement at cssps.gov.gh, then use SHSDesk to complete admission and receive your letter and documents.
How does admission work?: First, parents or guardians go to cssps.gov.gh to check and download placement documents. Then they visit shsdesk.com to complete the admission process and receive the admission letter, prospectus, and other documents.

How do I check my ward’s results?: Use the results portal with your access code and the student’s index number. You can reach it from the home page or the Student menu link in the navigation.
How do I find or browse schools?: Go to the Schools page from the main menu. You can search and browse registered schools and see their contact details.

Who is eligible to use SHSDesk?: Parents and guardians use it to complete admission and check results. Schools use it to manage admissions and records. Anyone with a valid CSSPS placement can use the admission flow.
How do I register my school?: Use the Register school link in the navigation to sign up your school on SHSDesk.
Who do I contact for help?: Use the Contact page to send a message, or call or email us. You can also message us on WhatsApp (link in the footer or on the contact page).
